Fight for Peace
Remember the time when you feel stuck, like there is no way to go, no space to move, nobody to lean on that is how depression and anxiety feel all the time.
On the outside it may look different but inside chaos is always ready to play and there is nothing you can do about it.
This happen with every little decision of your day. It seems like fight never stop in the mind and it does not but everyday you get up to face another demon which you know will come back no matter how hard you hit.
People suffering from this condition dont hate life, in my opinion they hate constant struggle to keep afloat. They dont want your help, they want you to understand them, listen them. They can fight the fight own their own but its hard when people around you dragging you down. They know very well they are Warriors you just have to be there and give them space and understand their struggle.
